cricket (Mark Boucher retire)

Mark Boucher has retired from international cricket because of the eye injury during playing with Somerset in Monday's tour game.After a three hours of surgery Mark Boucher gave a statement to captain Graeme Smith.It was

"It is with sadness and pain that I announce, due to the severity of my eye injury,I will not be able to play international cricket again"

Boucher wanted to retire from international cricket after the upcoming England series and also wanted to play 150 tests that will fulfill after the three tests against England.

He also said "I had never anticipated announcing my retirement now,but circumstances have dictated differently"
